Default Anyone got a text message from PIEAS for PAEC MS fellowship written test Roll Number?
I have got a text message on my cell phone from PIEAS, they said, print your roll number slip from PIEAS website test is on 15th june... but i am confused i don't want to prepare for the test as they will bind me with them for 5 years if i pass and then i will never be able to appear in CSS any suggestions please?

I did. Fellowship is only compulsory if you want scholarship, provided you are selected for it of course. You have choice not to avail it and be a regular fee paying student for the duration of ms. Any way if you wish to go for CSS then why ms in engineering, wouldn't MBA suite you better?
