first of all let me describe about the department. its called DESTO Defence Science & Technology Organization under NESCOM.


those who have been interview out of which those received security clearance performa 15 to 17 pages. they are definitely selected after complete process.


once I was there but resigned within a month. I was appointed as Manager Finance in 2009.



just know about DESTO from any where whats going on now a days.



salary of Junior executive finance is approximately 35000


Assistant Manager Finance is about 42000


these are non technical positions


technical position also awarded 50 % allowance STA and ASTA of basic pay i.e. 20000.

HR PERSON is on a distinguished road

I was called for Initial Test on 5th of July against the post of Jr. Executive HR in Rawalpindi, Scheme 3 and after test they said that they will call the selected candidates for interview on 9th of july. But unfortunately neither me nor my other friend received any call. I want to confirm that whether interviews have been done or not??

i have been in JE hr interview but that was pretty good but didn't receive any security form don't know what is the issue any one recived such please share?

i gave test, interview and pyschological test for the post of assistant manager mechanical. has anyone one given psychological test and got any call after that ?
