The interview was completely general. Very friendly panel though I got offended with one of the remarks of Ms. Batool and replied her accordingly. She seemed to be having some misunderstanding but hopefully I effectively cleared all her doubts. I had interaction with Wajid Rana in past and knew him to be a very rough bureaucrat. However, as a member of the interviewing panel he was the most friendly. As subject specialist they had invited a professor from my own university. They, just like my previous experiences, improvised the interview. However, a couple of questions that I think may be asked from you as well are as under:

1. What is EFA? (Education for all).
2. The newly inserted article 25-A added as a result of 18th amendment.
3. Education emergency.
4. teaching methodology that you would apply.

Have a strong grip on your academic background as well as your professional background. Be prepared to defend any change of educational field in your academic career.
