Discuss the material of EOBI 2nd test

Yes members i have given the EOBI 2nd level test that was held on 29th June, 2014.
My center was DPS model town Lahore. Invigilator of my room told us that there are very few who passed the first level test and the test is being held in only three cities namely Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi (probably).
As i was appeared in AD Finance test questions are mostly from MBA level subjects. They asked 10 subjective questions of equal marks and it was bit lengthy.
Questions was:-
1. Role and pros and cons of labor unions in organizations?
2. How much organization culture affect the change management process?
3. what is expectancy theory of management?
4. Define following?
a. Sunk cost
b. Fixed and variable cost
c. Out of pocket cost
d. Opportunity cost
5. Explain and elaborate the organization behavior and what role does it play?
6. Many companies devlop strategies but few can convert them in to action?
Do you agree or not?
7. What is step down method and reversal method of costing?

There are some other questions that i do not remember. As it was subjective type test so i think our fate is dependent on Paper checker. Hope for the best.

TOO easy test
mujhe ye lagra hai unho ne AD finance ka test AD operation aur ad operation ka ad fin walo ko test de dita hai..... ye nts ne delibratly kiya aise lagra hai ....

I appeared for AD operations test, but when i saw my paper it had 5 questions of finance. I asked the invigilator that he had handed me the wrong question book. They ignored all my protests and said that it was for AD operations. Damn this management. i hardly attempted 5 questions in out of 10 because i had no clue of the finance topics. All along i kept on saying this is not for AD operations but ..................
