FPSC has approved a new policy to improve procedure of general recruitment BS-16 to BS-21. Details can be found in following link:-

FPSC has tried to guide candidates about the general recruitment. Formulation of policy is necessary to set the future goals and avoid unnecessary litigation. FPSC has decided in case number of candidates is less than 10 for a particular post the Commission may skip MCQ Test and directly call the candidates for viva.

In addition to above, FPSC has also guided the candidates well in time about the syllabus, test criteria and suggested readings likewise for CSS to guide the candidates. So, it is a good document officaly for guidance of newbies.

One more positive thing is that Secrecy Branch is bound to prepare results of mcqs test in 3 weeks for BS-16, 17 and in week for BS-18,19.
With this recruitment process will get a pace.
