If you've been selected for the post of AD then you'll have to undergo following tests:
1- Blood CP and ESR
2- Urea and Creatinine
3- Hepatitis B and C
4- Blood sugar Random
5- Lipid profile (done on 12 hours fasting)
6-Liver Function Test
7- Eye examination from JPMC/Civil Hospital
8- Chest X ray in PA vision
9- ECG
10- Urine DR

Apart from X-ray, ECG, and Eye Examination, I went to DowLab for the tests, which cost me approx. 2700 Rupees.

Once you have all the test report, you will go to Civil Surgeon's office in Pakistan Secretariat (Opposite Passport Office, Karachi) Barrack 47 and submit your documents along with a Challan form of Rs. 100 and someother fee of approx. 700 Rupees.

Then, the clerk would place your name for appearance before the Medical board.

This is the whole procedure.

I do not have any concrete information in that regard, however, realistically it may take 7-10 days after one submits their medical report to BISP.
