Can inexperienced be shortlisted for Lecturer?
i hav applied foe biology lecturer in krl. i hav no experience. can anyone tell me that inexperienced can also be shortlisted?

It totally depends upon the policy of the hiring authority. But, in normal circumstances, there is no need of experience for the post of lecturer in Colleges, DAIs and Universities. The candidate's qualification/education matters the most. This is also the criteria enforced by HEC.

because in advertisement it was mention that candidates mus have 2 years post qualification experience in any reputed college.

As I said earlier that this is totally depended upon the requirements and criteria of the hiring authority. If they demand, they can. If they mentioned in the ad the experience, I think the chance is little to be able to be called for interview/shortlisted. It can only be possible if the seats are more than the eligible candidates. Then they may shortlist on the basis of academic record.
