do issb tell about recommendation at the spot?I think they tell it after 2 week?

on third day i have received the letter.they dispatch it the day after the confrence day.

yes they do tell them only those who are recommended on the spot.. rest of candidates get not recommendation letter by post with 2 or 3 days
