1-Current Affairs====== Read Dawn newspaper regularly.
2-Essay=============sundry reflections by professor Mirza Manzoor(Ilmi Publishers)
3-Grammer========Exploring English by Syed Saadat Ali (Ilmi) and BA's (To the point).
4-Islamic History========IH bu Haiti
5-Urdu================Any book by Dogar Publishers
6-Kashmir Affairs=======Books by Saeed Asad & Prof. Nazeer Ahmad Tishna.
As far as Islamic Fiqah is concerned, I have no idea but I could ask someone for u.

Dear, there is no such book available in the market which could reveal the past papers of AJK PSC....Only few Past papers are given on AJK PSC's website..........Earlier I hav given a detail of compulsory paper's books....I dont have any exact idea regarding the recent prices of these books but they could b fetched easily from urdu bazar Lahore....
