Yup they said so, the shortlisted candidates will be called on 4th Jan. Lets hope for the best.What is your center?

I called Faisalabad center today in the morning. They said that they haven't received merit lists yet, will inform us in 1 or 2 days.

But according to the previous courses threads psychological test is conducted on the same day all over Pakistan. But no worries they might change some procedure this time.So still hope is there, and keep preparing yourself for test. Best of Luck.
