My interview was for 5 minutes only, and same was with all other candidates.

Once the initial test is passed...do they take a brief interview on the same day? or they get a call afterwards? Plus, how do they shortlist the candidates after the initial test? or is it done after the interview or medical?

On medical day they will conduct interview after all the medical process, and as far as shortlisting is concerned the list will be displayed for shortlisted candidates on 4th January 2016, all shortlisting will be done on the basis of initial test and initial interview.

Initial test cleared for accounts branch from peshawar I&SC. The questions asked was
Double entry for cash exp would be?
The restriction on import of a product called?
In bank reconciliation statement Passbook having debit balnce, unpresented cheques should be????
Find quick ratio?
Find gross profit?
Under installment purchase the asset will be debited at??????price
Which one of the following will have debit balance?

thanks but I heard the training will start in april? Are all shortlisted candidates finalized for training once they pass the medical? Do we have to stay at any place for a week for detailed medical? I am confused between short medical and long..

Aamir bro. You might be right but what i had seen on my test date that the i&sc person send the candidate home because he already awail his three chances of apearing in intial tests.

Actually this process has multiple stages, now on 4th Jan list will be displayed for psychological test and test will be conducted on 6th Jan. Then we have to wait for the list in which shortlisted candidates will be called for Panel interview, those who will clear the panel interview will be given date for CMB (LONG MEDICAL) in Lahore for 5 days. Then shortlisted candidates will be called and they will again go through Panel interview. After all this, shortlisted candidates(LUCKY ONE's) will receive call letters to join academy.
