i have seen many people with poor interview but their initial test went good, they were shortlisted and many people with superb interview but their initial test was not so good and they were not shortlisted for psych test

Guys those who have good academic background and have good score in initial test they have better chance to be shortlisted but it's not a predefined rule.
Interviewer has already made up his mind by seeing background and test score but sometime a person made blunder in interview and he didn't get call for psychological. Alike some ordinary background student impress the interviewer and shortlisted. Do word hard and pray than leave the result on Allah.

In my initial medical, they marked my status Temporary Unfit due to flat right foot

Well, my right hand has slightly lesser arch than my left foot but I have been a sportsman all my life and I was a fast bowler and used to run many rounds in the ground without having any issue...I didn't ever had any issue in my entire life due to this..in fact before this test, i didn't even know that the arch is slightly lesser in my right foot.

can anyone suggest what could be done now? I feel like its not even worth visiting a paf hospital now..anyone help?

Shoaib Akhtar is also flat foot.. Dont worry about this issue and dont loose hope.. With the refer form they give you, go to the concerned hospital. The Surgical specialist will suggest you to get the Xray of your right foot or both. Go to the Radiology dept, get the Xray done and get the report of Radiologist. Then again go to surgical specialist, show him your report and the refer form and he will declare you FIT if the angle is within normal limit (20-30).

I have cleared the IQ and academic test but unfortunately in medical I had TUF status due to 18 KG over weight. They told me to reduce the weight and visit after a week . Today I visited I & S they just informed me to loss my weight and wait for merit list. However I have not gone through interview. i asked them for any papers submission or etc but they told will inform on 4 Jan. Please suggest is there any chances for me to qualify in merit list without initial interview ?
