secondly when did u submit ur commission form ? Course ? Selection centre ? Is issb 4 days what's written in call letter about test conducted by issb i mean will there be a pyschology test and interviews for non gd or 4 days issb ?

I've applied for Non GD Accounts branch. My initial test was on 17-03-2016 at sukkur center and I had submitted my documents for issb on 5th april. They've called me at Malir Cantt on 05 May 2016

yes its a comprehensive 4 days testing process, same for all candidates.

how come they have not called us yet when we have submitted our documents on 24th march i.e much earlier than yours and also we were tested on 14th march for the initials at Karachi centre for nonGD IT branch.... if anyone has reliable info please share..
