i would've done obstacles better... i couldn't done ditch... even he gave me several chances to complete that task.. but i couldn't i was scared to get hurt(...

Baqi sara i believe your are engineering background yar aasi bachon wali bat mat karo yar ISSB might be tough for inter level candidates but at our age that is piece of cake baqi no subject related questions ....simple IQ test verbal non verbal test and kinda mechanical test ....e.g A car is going from a tunnel and honk its horn what will be the sound options were lower than normal louder than normal or no difference ....ab yh walay sawal thy... khud hi hisaab laga lo kaisay ho sakta ha test

It's really mean of the members here. Selection or NR doesn't matter as such but you people could have guided remaining of the candidates of this group. Really Sad!

i ain't got guts yar.. if i had i would've jumped the ditch (.. but i couldn't........... but telling you guys that ISSB is nothing for you guys i am sure all of you had presentation experience in Uni's simply you have to present over their infront of deputy, psychiatrist and infront of GTO.. there is nothing hard thing. and keep practicing your psychological test . because every 10 seconds sentence and word changes and you really need to writer faster .. of if you miss some words or sentence no worries.. but dont miss more than 5.. for safe side...

language was urdu as he said to all of us in PAF official language is english but our national language is Urdu so discussion will be in urdu and if some1 wanna speak english in lecturate he can speak no worries... and at the start of discussion we introduced ourselves one of us trying to introduced him in english, GTO said urdu please......... that was my GTO.. i can't say abt other's GTO but there is not restrictions of language ok?????????? remember i am telling you guys ISSB isn;t tough it is peace of cake may be it is tough for intermediate candidates but for us its nothing... but i would suggest you keep practicing fast writing nothing else.... and the answer to your question regarding my topic ... that was " kya hamary muhashray main orat ko haqooq muyassar ho rahay hain"..and my lecturate was " kya islami jamatin dehshat gardi main mulavis hain".........in discussion i agreed with others that women not getting much attention/rights but i gave positive points aswell that yes women's getting attention/ rights ..and raised negative points of US e.g Hillary lost election just because she is a woman.

According to my previous experience i can guide those who never been to issb before..
1st day- Ur documents will be checked, u will be given rooms, ur height and weight check, ur pictures will be taken and thats all.
2nd day- u will be brought to Johar hall. There u will be required to fill bio data forms, then u will give screen out Test which will include IQ test, Analytical, Mechanical etc. Those who will pas the Screen out test will then proceed to Psychological test and those who will not pas the screen out test will be sent to home. Then u are free on 2nd day to do any activity(plz bring at least 2 ball points that day coz u will be writing for 4 to 5 hours).
3rd day- U will again report to johar hall and there u will be given chest numbers and u will be divided into groups of 10 candidates supervised by GTO (Major). After that GTO will lead their groups of candidates to class rooms for Group discussion. Then U will proceed to another indoor task called model Planning. After that u will be given time to change ur clothes for physical test. (dont be late). First physical test will be Obstacles which are nine in total High jump, Hanging rope, Monkey bridge, Ditch, hanging bridge, Zigzag, Tarzan swing (forgot others). After obstacles some candidates may be sent to interview and others can take rest.
4th day- On fourth day u will start with outdoor tasks that will include Command Tasks( 4th day is hectic as there are 10 candidates so u will be commander in one task but u will also be participating in 9 other's command tasks). Then u will do Group tasks in which everyone will be participating and no one will be commanding. Its upto GTO how many group tasks he wants u to perform. well my Group performed 3 group tasks. After These tasks GTO will have a nice discussion with every candidate maybe some jokes (dont be too frank) and will say goodbye as it will be last day of activities. Then those candidates whose interviews are nt yet done will proceed for interview by Dy president (Lt Col). U will be given short time to clean up and report.
5th day- On fifth day u will be called for an assembly (Line up) and u will wait till further orders. Actually on this day results are compiled and re interviews or physical tasks are re-done for particular candidates. Then u will be ordered to pack up ur things and leave .
