Few days earlier I read in some older posts about knee knocking problem k agar kisi ko knee knocking prblm hay to how to overcome it bt couldn't find it again aur na yeh yad hay k kis nay bataye the.Agar kisi ko yad hay to kindly post it again.

i don't remember the post that you are talking about but knee knocking ko theek karne ka aik tareeka hai horseriding aur kuch logo se yeh b suna hai k sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps alot agar app kuch arsa karo.
