Nadia and Qurarulain please tell me,what is the criteria of paf of shortlisting after initial interview??on wat basis the will shortlist? in interview they didnt ask any question other then bio data and told me that w8 till 28th and merit list will display,and check that..

its not an issue if they asked only about bio-data mera b initial aisa huwa tha. as far as merit list is concern they shortlist according the grades you have secured in Hsc, Fsc and BS and ofcourse the initial test marks.

if u asked me i will share u only what i had applied to me.i only workout on my weaker points like i go through the list of sentences i read them twice or thrice ,didn't memorize .i can wirte neat and clean at a good speed so it wasn't issue for me . i remember in psychological test a staff member surprisingly said to me ' kitna likha hai aap ne'.

well they give u form to fill in the psychological test and in the final interview psychologist will have your form and will ask question from ur bio-data.

its mean there is no chance for me in merit list because i have 48 % in matric 49% in fsc and 60% in BSIT AND 2 YEAR experience in ISI ..................
