Hey guyz don't be over joyed if you are getting the calls and don't be annoyed if you're not . . . there are still alot of phases left behind, like the interview after which you would be recommended or rejected then CMB final Medical which would declare you fit or unfit after which still the arduous journey is not over and in the end you would be selected according to your merit . . . and let me tell you what the merit really is and it is whether someone in your immediate family is directly or indirectly related to Forces or not and that's the sole merit here . . . After all the phases are complete, they first select the candidates who have any of their Kin in the forces and after that if any of the slots are left behind, which discerningly do not keeping in view the Job conditions of our country, then they look for someone else . . . I am a UET Lahore graduate, I cleared all of my phases with flying colors, recommended by Interview Board, and personally admired by a 1 Star Airforce Officer, also declared fit in CMB, but I was not selected and believe you me, I have seen candidates being selected who could not even speak in front of two people and were even declared temporarily unfit in final Medical but got the privilege just because they were directly or indirectly related to forces families . . . So such people who have their closed ones in forces should remain hopeful even if they get temporarily unfit in CMB but those who ain't, can just have a good experience of selection process otherwise its a futile activity !!!..
