72 kg is the extreme weight which paf recommends.so one should be under 75 of wt.

by the grace of ALLAH medical is cleared, interview ka tu ab merit list anay per hi pata chalay ga.. but i want to know k kafi logon se kafi general knowledge ka poucha, mujhse just mera interview and nothing else. mene dua ki thi ALLAH keray kuch mushkil na pouch lein, but kuch bhi nahi poucha general knowledge ya history. ye kia bat hu g? thanks Silent cry for your Help bro.
