I got a call for physcological test to be held on 22nd but i didnot submit my initial medical referral forms due to some issue, should i go for the physiological test or not??

Yes but i had a referral case which demands to get operated for Deviated Nasal septum which i am not willing.

PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS PATTERN IN PAF (NON GD COURSE)
1. 1st of all you have to fill a bio data from where your all qualification %ages required so remember before and your hobby your total family income and your spouse education etc.
2. SELF DESCRIPTION Contains 10 Heads and 30 Mints time To Complete
a. Family Background/Environment
b. Early childhood events
c. Interests/Hobbies/Games
d. School/College/University life
e. Social orientation
f. Religious orientation
g. Aim /Ambition in life
h. Ideal personality
i. Abroad Visits/ country visits
3. English 27 Sentence completion in 7 minutes
4. Urdu 27 Sentence completion in 7 minutes
5. Word association test 75 words 10 seconds each
a. Total three pages
b. Page No 1 S. No 1-25
c. Page No 2 S. No 26-50
d. Page No 3 S. No 51-75
If u misses a word just write the word so that the series continues otherwise series is disturbed and all other words are amalgamated and may be you can fail the test.
6. Stories 02 in English 3.5 Minutes each (Picture displayed for 15 Seconds)
7. Stories 02 in Urdu 3.5 Minutes each (Picture displayed for 15 Seconds)
8. Self-description
a. Friends View (Merits/Strengths)
b. Opponents View (Demerits/ Weaknesses)

Could anyone plz share the merit list as i can not goto pindi and they r nt picking the phone.. helppp anyone
