BMI Issue for Pak ARMY
 

i have applied for ICTO in pak army.my height is 5'11" and weight is 88 kg.my BMI is 27.3 which should be within 19 - 25 for normal male. hope so i will clear physical test.in case i cleared it then???how much time would i have to be within selective range of BMI for pak army????how much weight should i have to reduce?????what is max BMI value for army selection??? any experience??? any relaxtion??? thnxx in advance :-)

I am applying for Short Service Commission Test(Captain(ICTO)).. My weight is 82 kg and height is 5'8'' . It should be 72 according to my BMI . please suggest me how to reduce weight fast .
