Hello As I told you about my referring to CMH.
My medical was on 8th January 2018. [SSC 2018 A]
I went to CMH Lahore next day around 12:30 pm. My First Visit.
First report to candidate office. There got first stamp and sr. #. He also gave 23rd January 2018 for the Ortho personal , as I was referred to 3 secialists.
1- Ortho for knee knocking issue
2- Eye for vision as they did not check with glasses.
3- Ear for Wax.

After candidate office, I went straight to eye secialist office, about 2 minutes.
Obviously I maded a call to navy office about the situation of my Ortho date , as My

Interview was scheduled before 23rd, i.e. 18th January, 2018.
The same floor has both eye and ear outdoors. I reported to both.
First eye. There about half an hour later, after their break, the assistant told me that

come tommorrow as today time has ended. Still I waited more time for no result.
Second ear, the first assistant told me that I will be attended by Ear specialist.

Although, his main assistant told me that I am Late, but still he goes inside, and I got

checked by the doctor. He cleared my Ear and Gave me a FIT Stamp. The fees of the procedure

is 1000 Rs. Luckily I had the fees. So make sure If you are referred to ear specialist you

have atleast 1000 Rs.
This was my first visit to CMH Lahore.
As i was working in DGHS punjab, Lahore office in these days. So I faced much problem getting leaves.

The next morning I reached Eye outdoor before 9 am, so that I can get free asap and reach my office.
Almost 45 minutes later, after getting some initail computer slips, I was attended by eye Specialist. There after some checking she asked my to get new glasses, as my glasses were old and Gave a little problem. Then after she can check me. I spent almost another hour to get my vision numbers so that I can easily get new glasses, but to no avail.
This was my second visit. on Wednesday.
Later at the weekend, I got new glasses and went to Eye specialist on Tuesday.

Just like before I reached early and waited almost an hour till 10:30 pm or so. I got again checked but with my new glasses. After that another hour for the senior specialist, a Lt. Col. . He checked us for retina etc. and then signed. I got 2nd FIT stamp now.
My 4th visit was on 23rd. But before that I gave my Initial Interview, and got ISSB forms, on 18 January, 2018. They did not check my weight then.

Well on January 23, 2018 I reached around 12:30 pm. I was told by someone earlier that they start checking ortho after 1 pm. Well that was a fact, but they do not collect forms after some limit. Unfortunately that limit was ended, over 100 candidates of different groups from soldiers to Officers were there. My date was 23 January, but there were candidates whose time was 18 January or so. Hence I was not seen by the ortho. The person gave me a new date of 25 January. I waited 30 minutes there but to no avail.

I reached the CMH around 9 am. Got submit my Refer form in the line and waited, after about 1 - 2 hours.
They took us to the ortho dept. There we waited almost one more hour and finally seen by Specialist. He checked and signed. Got 3rd FIT Stamp.
The medical form directly goes to candidate office and Final FIT Stamp. It was around 1 pm. I got free and immediately goes to my office.
I was doing multiple partial leaves in these visits. Also 2 to 4 complete leaves. I was also rebuked for this. Such a mess.
Here My visits to CMH Lahore finally ended.

I reported to Navy Office the next day with my medical or CMH refer Form given to me on 8th January. 26 January on Friday. Time was around 2 pm. As Navy office closes after 3 pm.
Both Medical form and ISSB forms were ready to be submitted. However, some attachments of ISSB form delayed its submission to 29 January, 2018. Monday.
My checked then again, and hence My Forms got forwarded. Although I was given date of 31st January as well.
Hence this was my refer case. Thread closed.
