what kind of interview exactly it is .. i wanted to know more about it .. is it jus like ISSB interviews or somehow more technical ? DETAILSSSS plz :P



well i can help you out specially regarding GJR ISSB , kis course ki candidate ho ap ? i got Recommended from GJR ISSB on 24th Oct , for SSC of NAVY !!

dear i gave it in naval head quarter and it was not like issb but definitely it was important but i feel it was just final touch and they just want to see us last time before finalizing, also the documents checking,personal interest about the particular field/job/force and our ability etc.

@ peacepakistan i will tell you tomorrow after discussing it with my friend who is lieutenant and was in the same branch now in aviation. But what i feel he was not very satisfied as he was selected for the supply branch but after training shifted toward aviation branch now he is pilot but if you have a other opportunity than its necessary to compare them and than chose the best one. About navy they can shift you after training any where but 1 important thing i want to share that i u go for the final interview at naval head quarter and i if they says that we want to send you some other branch not in supply so be tricky here and clearly say ok i am ready for any branch as i did mistake here and was restricted on the point.Please mention your question here in detail so that i can ask him in details.

Well my friend thanks for sparing some time. my situation right now is: I am finally selected for Deputy Asst Director in Airport Security force, a 16th grade job, also selected in NAB for Junior Investigation Officer, also 16th g, ISSB is likely to clear as there is no news of docs after 6 days and my re-interview was also done...Now coming to questions: 1 what is promotion procedures in Navy for "short service"?2 what are prospects after 8 years of must service? will they forcefully layoff or do we have any option to serve further and then again , upto which rank? 3rd whats after job benefits like pension plan and Gratuity ? 4th how your friend see my situation and what he suggests me to choose??

@ all dears jo b forces join karna chahty han he/she and issb clear karna chahty han wo bilkul b na panic hon, issb clear karna koi mushkil kam nhe and itna asan b nhe ha ek criteria ha wo meet krna ha bus. Issb me koi seats ya quota system nhe hota inka ek standard ha jo b candidate osko meet kary ga he will get recommendation letter. Meny boht sy candidate dekhy han wo pehly he mind me ye lay k jaty han k 1000 me sy 2 select hoty han hum kahan ho bus try kar lety han agay ALLAH ki marzi. to be honest ye approach boht he galat ha ALLAH wohe deta ha jisky liye insaan mehnat karta ha and mehnat tu sub karty han so jo behtreen mehnat karta ha. jo issb dena chahty han ya jinki calls aa gai han and serious han onhy ager kisi help ya guide ki zrorat ho tu freely contact karn meri email id,and skype id profile me ha.But just wo jo boht he passionate han bakio ko sorry... May b me kuch guide kar sakon jo thora boht exp ha. Boht sy students ko guide kiya boht sy recommend hoe aj fild me han, and boht not recommend b hoe, dono me difference just implementation ka tha,jo planning kar k successfully implementation karty han within given time ALLAH onki madad karta ha.
