mujhy jr assistant k leay security form mily hain...plz guide k har form ki kitny copies krni hon gi,,,becoz jo english main instruction hain un main SPDF-2006-1 ki 11 likhi hui hain jb k urdu main jo instruction hain us main likha hy k har form ki 4 copies krni hain...plz guide me in detail...

yasir altaf:mera interview last year 4 September ko hua tha islamabad main....

mjhy spdf-2006 ki 2 original set ay hain kia donon ki 11 11 copies krni hain ya sirf aik ki???

spdf-2006 A ke 10 copies aur spdf-2006 B ke 5 copies.. as per instruction attached with my forms.
Ap ko yeah forms kis address say aye hain???
