i am twice not recommended by issb for long course .. now i have done BS in psychology can i apply for this?

I enquired them about the query that whether MBAs can apply for management science group or not?

I got the reply of email that MBA(management) can apply.
So, finance, marketing and HR major candidates cant apply.

Default Aec management
Can anybody tell me few things?

1. Can MBA finance apply in AEC management?
2.I am twice rejected after ISSB in PMA L/C
3. I had applied in PAF NGD course 2 times and didn't qualify after psychological test.
4. Currently I have also applied for 117 PAF NGD and waiting for result of psychological test.

So can I apply here? Please guide me on this.

MBA finance are not eligible.

if your BS is in any of the subjects mentioned in advertisement then eligible.
