That is because no one knows exactly what is happening. They are not responding calls and they have not clarified regarding subjective and objective test date and duration. Everything is so messed up. I have never seen such a incompetent, irresponsible and poorly managed organization. Expecting from them to uphold merit will be hilarious.

Default heck of a paper
What heck of a paper PTS set for candidates. Alot of lowery english and difficult to comprehend precis. Looks like sheakspeare had set paper for PTS. Cant figure out whether PTS is more incompetent toward management side or on academic side.
