According to FIA recruitment in 2009, Written test was 100 marks and Interview was 200 marks. The first position holder got 252 marks. In previous test 5 years experience was requirement and this time competition will more tough because anyone can appear in test..

No aggregate percentage. They will combine your written marks and interview marks which makes total of 100 + 200 = 300. There would be no involvement of percentage in recruitment process. Merit would be straight forward. To qualify for interview you have to come on merit according to given quota etc and interview passing marks are 101/200. if you get less than 101 then you will be declared fail. . Last time Bilal Aslam Khan got 256 marks and secure first position (Sorry figure in last post was wrong) and last successful candidate was Aisha Agha Khan who got 204 marks. There were 12 final selected candidates.
