Roll number slips for above mentioned positions have been uploaded on FPSC website.

since i am very good at losing my documents, so, keeping the tradition alive, i have lost my TR for ad fia, is there anything which can be done, other than chilling out honest and to-the-point replies will be appreciated.

Go to the Branch in which u submitted your fee. Meet the branch manager and ask him, if they could provide you the "Banks Copy". If they had sent it to the head office, then request the manager to make you a TR, dated back in time. It is theoretically possible.

Do visit your nearest Fpsc regional office and ask them about your problem. i am sure, you would be allowed to sit in exam by providing a duplicate copy of TR slip, they have a complete record of it.
keep up your tradition of loosing documents:-)

Who is on this forum from kp for Ad fia. My test is on 22 dec 10.00 am Islamia college Peshawar.
Others friends of kp also share test date and venue.
