Any idea about asi merit?i got 58 marks in Punjab regions but not short listed.

I tried all three methods but they didn't reply yet. when i check my status it shows download skill test slip. does it mean i am shortlisted?

Did you download the slip? You must download the slip. Because they show you old slip but you click dowload, new slip for skill test is shown to you.

With delayed result as result for me came today. I had submitted complaint with OTS last Monday as it was showing. No record found.

I'm 102kg. Although my height is 6 2". Certainly very over weight.

But this is about practice and cardiovascular stamina which is impossible to last for under 7 minute a mile if you are not a regular runner.

ISSB has a benchmark of a mile in 8-9 minutes and Sihala's passing criteria is 7:30 minutes so I'm hoping that they will allow us 10-11 minutes at least as their selection criteria.

it's very difficult to run 1 mile in 7 minutes. Today i run 1 mile in 9 minutes.
