Default FPSC's deeply flawed MCQs test system

Federal Public Service Commission introduced MCQs test system to fill vacant posts in various Federal Govt Departments. This test comprises 100 MCQs and the candidates scoring highest marks are called for next stage of recruitment. It is to stress the point that loss or gain of even a single mark renders one disqualified or qualified for the next stage of recruitment process. Recently, FPSC has been conducting tests in multiple batches sometimes more than 10 (as was the case in Inspector FIA's test). After the test, all the questions are shared over the internet forums, websites and through WhatsApp as it is a media age. Unfortunately, 10 to 15 questions are ditto repeated in every next batch from previous batch thus rendering 1st batch the most disadvantaged and the last one the most advantaged. This has made impossible to provide level play field for all candidates. This unjust system must be done away with immediately. Are there some people who know this injustice and want to protest against it?

Cant agree more on this point...U nailed it bro...I forwarded an email with almost same subject matter to fpsc official email address but they, in a quite machinic way, reverted to me with the advice to send a hardcopy with personal details. Whats the use of online complaints/suggestions option then?

Exclamation A pertinent Issue

I completely agree with the views shared. I strongly propose that anyone who visits this thread should file online complaint on Pakistan Citizen Portal website with his name and CNIC number. The only possible excuse that FPSC can give will be about lack of examination centres. But they have to find a solution to his problem. Their solution of batches is cold blooded murder of merit.
So, do lodge complain at portal. Please

I 100% agree with U. I also want to share that when I appeared in 1st batch of AD FIA, there were 16 everyday science questions. All questions were taken from a website with same order of questions. In next two batches, they took next 16, 16 questions from same website for each batch. Now it is a blunder. How can 1st batch compete with other batches. FPSC should change their policy.

Convey your concerns to FPSC by writing letters. Or you can complain to federal Ombudsman
