I came to know that OTS is a low standard and such a miserable testing service that they even did not post the results of 2 years old tests for various posts. It is also said that they use to take bribe for manipulating results. Then what will happen with posts of FIA? Is there anyone who can justify or make my perspective clear regarding these allegations on testing service? Or any person who is inducted thru OTS in any organization. Come here please.

Nearly every Testing service has its fatal pitfalls. Just browse THIS forum deep enough and you'll be horrified and disheartened by the conditions. Not even the giant govt sector 'public service commissions' are immune.


Just a few examples;

1. NAB bypassed FPSC for its hiring of ADs circa 2012.

2. FPSC papers (FIA general recruitment AND CSS papers as well) were recently leaked in the beginning of this year.

2a. The accused in the above case have been active for nearly a decade, leaking papers for 0.8 million rupees per candidate. Hundreds of people have secured cushy govt jobs this way. This is still under investigation.

2b. The batch system of FPSC is also a failure. Numerous questions (upto 20) are repeated throughout multiple batches. Thus people in the later batches easily get the questions from this forum or facebook before the test.

2c. See the attached photo.

3. PTS hiring for PEC and CPPA have been put on halt. The test for CPPA was allegedly leaked. It was retaken. Still no progress.

4. OTS put out an ad for recruitment in CDA in 2018. Still no progress. They even collected documents and test fees. In other cases, multiple people on this forum have claimed that cheating in the exam halls is rampant under OTS. The invigilators dont care even if pointed out.

5. Google NTS arrested and you'll see many people under trial for allegedly leaking tests, taking bribes and bypassing SOP. Many big names also come up.

And even if you clear these hurdles, you are still stuck with the quota system and reference based interviews of 2-3 minutes.

I am not trying to discourage you. I am painting a crystal clear picture of this filth infested business. The only way you can clear all these in a single bound, is to work hard, smart and comprehensively so that you are placed in the 95+ percentile of the test. Only then you'll secure your job and keep yourself clean from these ugly, dirty underhanded tactics.

Its mean, getting a job thru such filthy testing services is totally depends upon luck. Well, i am preparing and have appeared in many tests of service commission (punjab and federal both) and nts too. But it was a good experience although, I just wanted to make myself satisfy about rumors circulating about OTS and irregularities.
What about the tests of FIA held last year? Had they inducted? Any update ?

The test for the case F.4-261/2018R AD FIA announced in 2018 was held in Jan 2019. This is the case I discussed in SR # 2.

The test was leaked. The leaked alongwith CSS leaks was widely covered by the media. So they have now 'passed' nearly everyone who took the test. Now all the 'passed' candidates have to take another round of 'Descriptive test'. This test will probably be held in a month or two.

Alongwith this, Consolidated advertisement # 6, released in June 2019 has posted vacancies in FIA under Case No F.4-133/2019-R for the post of AD FIA, again. This is a new set of vacancies which are separate from the ones advertised under F.4-261/2018R case number. The syllabus for Case No F.4-133/2019-R has been announced . Test will probably be conducted on/after 15 Sept 2019

Yes you are right, but i'm asking about the vacancies announced through OTS of Federal Government Agency, You have told that paper was leaked and tremendous cheating cases was observed, i want to know about that induction. Have they done?

Oh that! The last date for registration was just 2 days ago. We'll see some progress in the coming weeks.

Actually i have applied for those vacancies of OTS and wanted to take general overview regarding these messes. I have contacted OTS through mail and cell phone both, they are much busy that they even had not time to attend call or reply to a mail. Well, wait and watch. I still couldn't find anyone who inducted through OTS.
