Dear Friend,
As heard, the score required to qualify the FPSC consolidated Jobs advertised needs above 80% score according to my friends who are already working in FPSC department.

Score limit is not fixed in screening tests. According to FPSC rules, candidates are called for interview at 1:3 ratio keeping in view provincial/regional quota.
It means that if there are 12 posts, 36 candidates will be short-listed for interview keeping in view provincial/regional quota.

Default Interview/ personal hearing letter for AD FIA
Assalamoalikum,

I have just seen Personal hearing and interview schedule for AD FIA on FPSC website. Has anyone got the letter or not as its on 12th of august. Personal hearing is on Aug.11.2010. Please let me know how to prepare interview and what is included in interview i.e. only viva or psychological will be included?
Moreover, what will happen in personal hearing.

Default Personal Hearing A.D (FIA)
My personal hearing was scheduled on 3rd August'2010 at Karachi but the same has been canceled due to law & order situation. On contacting FPSC administration, they have informed that it will be rescheduled after 20 August. On FPSC website, personal hearing in Lahore has been scheduled on 11 & 12 August. The schedule of other centers has not been mentioned.
I don't have any prior experience of personal hearing. Seniors are requested to share their experience of personal hearing, if they have any.

Default Personal Hearing for the post of AD (FIA)
The personal Hearing is conducted only for presenting your proof against the rejection of your candidature i.e. red flag. today i called the FPSC and inquired about my personal hearing against the same post, they intimated me for holding of personal hearing at multan centre within few days.
Any body know over there that how many candidates are being appeared for the hearing of same post and what is the next step if some of the candidate are called for interview, the already selected candidate will be called as well as the candidate selected after presentation?

Default Personal hearing for AD FIA
Assalamoalikum,

yesterday , I have received letter for personal hearing at Lahore on 5th october,2010. My reason of hearing is that my documents couldnt be delievered to FPSC. How I am going to safe my side, I dont know. Can someone share his interview details?

One thing is astonishing for me that in previous hearing schedules, interview date was also mentioned but this time only hearing date is given. What I got in my mind that all these 7 candidates (including me) have no chance to be selected for interview.



Any comments?

My personal hearing is also scheduled on 5th Oct. My reason for rejection was that FPSC did not consider some of my experience certificates and I received a letter that your experience is short by one month and fifteen days. one of my colleagues has already appeared in personal hearing and he was cleared by FPSC. However i think FPSC members do not come with a mind set they just make their decision after hearing candidate and evaluating his/her documentary proofs. Go with open and clear mind i think ur objection is a minute one. Hope best for u.

Thanks alot for reply. I wanna know that either it is personal hearing only or any chance of interview? I mean panel candidtes ki eligibility check ker raha hy taky final interview list tayar ho ya interview k bhi chances hein?

No there is no chance of interview. Personal hearing is to be conducted to prepare final list for interviews. No formalities like interviews its just 2 to 3 min process. They can either select or reject our candidature.
