AoA,

I could'nt figure out whether Mr. Prince is asking for whom, if he is referring to his some friend, who has not joined FIA yet, thn I will second Mr. Qureshi that everybody who was selected by FPSC for AD FIA has joined it, thus the total base of query stands at suspicion.

However, if the person has joined FIA and is thinking whether to rejoin his previous department or continue with FIA, thn am again sorry to say that he should have compared working of organizations, benefits etc because in that case he would hv seen the FIA from inside and he would not required to ask from novices!!!

However, if somebody is trying to compare EOBI and FIA, thn foremost thing, every organization is having plus and negative points, similar is the case with FIA. But I maintain that FIA is far better thn EOBI. EOBI is an autonomous organization having very less recognition, while getting into FIA means he is a civil servant now having lot of venues and privileges. Though the overall administration, infrastructure, working eninvorment etc at FIA are not considered good by many, but still it is much better thn lot of departments including EOBI!

what is the criteria of FPSC regarding next candidate to be called.
