these are old posts bro don't be dishearted new vacancies has yet to be announced by FPSC on next sunday (6/7/2014) hopefully. wait and be optimistic till then

Wait a minute. Does Domicile indicate that only these domicile residence can apply against the position? Meaning there were no seats for KhyberPukhtunkhwa last time? Are there ever seats for KP in FIA?

Yes, I know these are old posts that's why I has used "was" in above sentence and as far as optimism is concerned, I hope one day you will learn tenses .

Default FIA vacancies
FPSC will advertise posts on Monday 7.6.14 tentatively. AD legal added in the posts for which LLB will be required. Meanwhile NTS also going to advertise remaining posts up to BS-14 this Sunday. Stay blessed and keep praying for all.

Dear, as per the info shared to you by your source, is experience mandatory for AD
are they going to demand experience from the applicants

Yes. For investigation like jobs experience is mandatory for inspectors as well as AD's.
