My dear , this is list of candidates who qualified MCQ,s test , u can see on FPSC website it is displayed under tab of Results.
So of those who will be eligible based on documents and qualification will be called for English test . About Those who are not in the list I fear they missed this opportunity.

I'm an engineer and I'm not on that list. New online application system doesn't involve sending documents or application form to FPSC, you have to just apply online.

That is why we never submitted any docs at all.

These candidates in the list for "documents required" is for sure result, but the number of candidates might shrink after scrutiny and final list will be uploaded later in the form of Pre-Selections.

Yes these 300 candidates have been Shortlisted for documents submission. After the documents are verified, 240 first on merit candidates would be called for Subjective Test.
300 candidates have been asked to submit documents because if they had asked 240 candidates to submit documents and few of them would not have come to the qualification required, FPSC again would have to ask more candidates to send documents and this would have resulted in more waste of time. That's why they have asked first 300 candidates on merit to send documents.
