those candidates who has received the recommendation letter from FPSC is their selection confirmed or still any process pending?.

Hi can somebody tell me how to inform fpsc or fgo that you are not joining? I have a foreign scholarship and recieved email fews days ago, so I want to go for scholarship. Please if anybody knows about the procedure to inform them, and are we supposed to inform only fpsc or also fgo? Thanks in anticipation

Yes you may write a letter to FPSC mentioning that the Department has not issued any offers of appointment with in a month.
