My honourable teacher who was called to join duty for AD IB on 22nd of August but fortunately SPSC announced final result of CE in which he was selected as Assistant Commissioner so he wrote competitive authority of IB for not join AD

What was the cut off of ad IB in screening test in Sindh, Punjab and overall merit seat?

I am preparing for AD IB in advance, Last time I scored near 70, because I lack in English and Maths portion. Please guide me how to score 90 plus.
