Is it necessary for the surety person to b a grade17 officer?

I managed to ask a serving Deputy Director through a friend. He said that any reasonable person related to the candidate even Blood Relative can be Surety.

I am directed to report personally on or before 10 Aug 2016 for acceptance of offer, is the date same for all ?
Moreover, i think at this stage the department only wants to know how many recommended candidates are going to join.. so we will meet the undersigned with only acceptance letter ( i assume )..
Whats your opinion ?

@Lazar you are going to join ? you have Been selected for mod too. Right?

Those from sindh rural too haven't yet received. Si date of joining will not be same for all.
