Default Fee Slip Lost,Help
I have lost my fee slip.Today,when i went to exam, i gave my undertaking that i will sent it to FPSC with in 10 days because i though that i have it at home,but now i couldn't find it. Kindly help

Default To all respected member who losses their fee slips
As per procedure of FPSC if you losses the fee slip or TR slip you will submit undertaking at the time of exam which will get you 10 more days. And in that period of time you have to contact the bank where you submitted the fee for exam and ask them to give you a proof in hard form, which will be mailed to the FPSC.
