Does anyone have any idea about the expected date of commencement of AD-IB exams? I also need the contact numbers of the concern department for acquisition of authentic info.

Any clue about AD-IB exam's date dear members? Well people must not think me freaky, am asking this coz last time the respective exam took place in the month of JULY, and now once its standing on our head I thought to better check out whether anybody has relative updates or not,,,,,,,if yes then plz let me know.

According to my information...The Exams for AD.DIR (IB) are held after every 2 years and not annually like the css exams.But there is a rumour around that the FPSC is going to hold these exams this year too...Lets keep our fingers crossed and wait.
waisay 3 months have passed since the last css exams and no one in the FPSC seems to have a clue about the result.So wait and watch is the policy one should adopt towards FPSC.

The recruitment process of AD(IB) is same as that of AD(FIA) or it is different? Secondly what are the merits and demertis of both of above posts if we compare them with each other. Actually I want to start preparation for only one exam out of two and need help in making a decision.

Perhaps I could be wrong, but my info says that its AD-ISI exams that held once in two years not the IB ones. The curiosity which tends me to write was actually the thread of Mr. Fahad (AD-IB 2007) where he stated that because of the recent destination of DG-IB Mr. Tahir Lodhi we are expecting the promulgation of exams' date in August. But yesterday i've come to know that Mr. Shoaib Sadal (former IG Sindh) has now been given the above office, what I need to know is this, will this act affect the assignation of AD-IB exams' date or not? As in the running state of affairs the apprehension is obvious.

Hi....yeah you can be write..but thats what i've heard.I don't think that the posting and transfers in a department can postpone any examintaion.The exams for ADD-DIR (IB) are held by the FPSC and not by the IB and the FPSC is working under the same management.so i don't think that the posting of Mr.Suddle will hamper the commencement of the exams.If they are scheduled in the month of August they will be held in august.But i am not sure how reliable the source is as the FPSC has not advertised the Exams.Anywayz best of Luck..

dear Maria khan as far my information concerned IB has no intention in conducting AD level exams in near future. these information are from my friend who is serving as a AD-IB, all of the vacancies is filled.

IB is directly under the jurisdiction of P.M and purly civilian institution while ISI is operated under the authority of MoD and dominated by the Army Personnel.

i have submitted application agaisnt the post Assistant Manager Welfare BPS-17 in the Pakistan Ordinance factory on 18 April 2008 but i didnt recive any call letter for written test and interview. when i called to the HR deppt of the POF, the told me tht Govt has banned the recruitment against the central posts. therefore, in near future no exam will be conducted against any posts tht concernd with the centre.

But dont break your study because anything can be happend in the our country.

Thx indeed for sharing this valuable piece of information with us, its really a helpful thing to contain all IB aspirants, I myself also unable to give proper time to the subjective study nowadays due to an unwanted short-term hectic duty, but despite such disturbance trying my best keep myself in-touch to it.
