Females can apply for IB posts.minimum qualification is Masters.
one of my friends nazia also selected as a ASSISTANT DIRECTOR IB last year.

well watch daily newspaper speciallly dawn the advertisment usually comes in dawn and there is no specific website and it is announced every year.

@ lizaaudacious ;

1). Dear there is no bar for females to apply for the posts.

2). Primarily I.B. does not recruit officers directly, rather FPSC has been doing the recruitment process including advertisement, taking tests, interviews etc

3). Apparently there wont be any posts of I.B in near future, at least no posts for 3-4 years, so simply take out IB from your mind...
