Perhaps there are some issues emerged after sacked employees reinstatement act because of the fact that this department has received around 1000-1200 persons, out of which around 50 to 60 are at the level of Assistant Directors. Previously, IB used to recruit a batch of around 20-25 A.D's through FPSC after 1 to 2 years. In normal circumstances, there will be no posts of A.D. in that department in next 3-5 years. However, there may be little chances that some posts may come in near future. !!

With most respect Mr. Kausar, i want to know that how csp officers can be selected in ISI or I.B. and i also wanna know that what are the chances of promotion,the job charisma and other priviliges in these groups.
