b/c to me it has reputation as ''nearest star'' rather than biggest star and also it is smaller than our sun(sun is also a star)

dear 41 are general seats, where as 8 are reserved seats for women, technocrats and ulma, thus it can be concluded there are 41 seats in ajk legislative assembly.

Further elaboration about 49 seats are as under:-
whereas the Assembly now consists of 41 elected Members and 8 co-opted members of which 5 are ladies, one member from Ullema-e-Din or Mushaikh, while one is from amongst Jammu & Kashmir technocrats and other professionals, whereas one is from amongst Jammu and Kashmir nationals (state subjects) residing abroad.
