Dear Members,
Kindly elaborate the procedure for paying the fee.Can we get the challan forms from National Bank? Secondly it is stated that fee should be paid in name of C02101-ORGANS OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE REALIZED BY FPSC, is there anything else other than this that we should mention.

You can download challan form from FPSC site,fill it and submit 300 fee,then send original challan form along with your documents to FPSC Isb.

Normally you do get the Chalan from inside/outside (people sitting outside with different forms) the National bank, and you can also download it from FPSC. Important thing is that you mention your name, father name, post applied for and the 'head' to which the fee is being submitted i.e (C02101.....). When you submit the fee you get a Chalan number and you can ask for branch code from the bank, fill up these details on-line and you are good to go hope this helped
