Summary rejection due to non-submission of mandatory documents All applications (including those submitted on-line) should be accompanied/followed by Original Treasury Receipt (Deposit of Fee), Departmental Permission Certificate in case of in service candidates, three attested photographs and attested copies of domicile certificate, Computerized National identity Card, Matriculation/ Intermediate Certificates, Bachelor/ Master/ M.Phil/ Ph.D. Degrees with result card etc., Experience Certificates as per specimen attached with application form, Copy/Detail of publications as prescribed in the Advertisement. In case of non-submission of any of the aforementioned documents, the application shall be rejected summarily and no appeal or review petition shall be entertained in this regard.

sorry do we have to attach three copies of each academic certificate and domicile ? what i understood is three photographs and copies of domicile and academic certificates mean a copy of all certificates :P m i right or wrong ?

Number "18" on the form says nothing about the attested documents(and neither i have seen such a requirement on any other page), so please tell me if that would be OK to go with sending unattested documents?

You have to attach three pictures and one set of all your academic certificates along with domicile and CNIC.

You have to send attested documents. It is necessary. You are applying for the post of Assistant Director (BS-17), not for the post of Peon.

Even applying for Peon will need the attestation of Documents too.Attestation is the formality of every Government job.

You are right. Attestation of documents is necessary for each and every type of post. But when a person is applying for a higher post. He should show some maturity.
Every thing is explained many times in this thread. But no body bother to search their desired answers.

I am Signing up as a new user on FPSC site.Done with first two sections i.e Registration and Profile Creation page but after that, Education Section page had to appear but its not showing up.The guidelines for the online submission says about Profile(personal information) page that click "Save" button and wait ,I am waiting for 10 minutes but Education Section page not appearing.What should I do?

First Log out then Re-login. Sometimes this problem occurs. After re-login, go for "Update Application".
