Can any one help me, after applying online what documents we have to send and where ? i want to apply for AD (IB)

After applying online, take the printout of your application from Application History (3 page printout form), attach your latest passport size photograph, CNIC, educational documents, experience related documents if any and send this to
Secretary,
FPSC, Aga Khan Road, F-5/1
Islamabad

I have deposit my chalan fee before applying for Assistant Director IB. I was un aware of applying online. Now I am going to apply online, will the present receipt of Rs. 300 of Chalan work or I have to deposit it again.

No Bank will return you two copies of Challan Form,
1st is candidate's copy
2nd is FPSC copy.

You have to attach this FPSC Challan Copy with your required documents, CNIC, domicile, and photograph and send it to following address.

@ muhammad saleem shaikh: brother i have applied online for the post of AD and now i have to reproduce my computer-generated application and testimonials. i live in sukkur; should i send my application to the nearest regional office or to Secretary,FPSC, Aga Khan Road, F-5/1Islamabad? waiting for your reply sir...

As you have applied online you have 10 more days to send your hard copy of application so
Please send your computer generated application alongwith attested required documents like bank challan and photograph through registered post/courier to
Secretary, FPSC,
Aga Khan Road, F-5/1, Islamabad

I have given my documents in the regional office by hand, after applying online and they have accepted too.
