can you explain the criteria for promotion in IB , I mean at what level an AD(IB) can get promotion , and please also explain the perks or facilities one get at each level of his promotion?

is there any foreign trainings? if yes , of what sort?

It is always advised to mention your current job in FPSC forms. You can submit your forms without departmental permission certificate and simultaneously apply to your department for permission. After receipt of permission certificate/letter, the same can be sent to FPSC.

It is said that the officer can be promoted to be the DG of department. However, the top slot is the prerogative of the government. Not sure of perks and facilities, but heard that they are very good and there should not be any tension about perks/facilities/pays etc.

Exclamation Public Sector Official : Information for Apply
Salam All Respected Members, Dear members i want to know that is it compulsory for any Public Sector Official to apply through proper channel..??.. i m a Govt. Official in Public Sector Financial Institution, and when i talk to my concerned H.R Deptt. they reply me to move application to Regional Office, they will Forward it to Head Office and than Head Office will Forward it to Concerned Office and C.C its sending to me... i looks so complicated i am 24 and half yr old in age. (fall in age bracket of the post of A.D), is it compulsory for me to apply through proper channel or not..??? Please guide me..

Well if you think your experience will be an edge for you then go for this proper channel, otherwise I suggest you to go via improper one, i.e directly. No need to waste time on getting permission etc when you are eligible on your own. Good luck.

Don't you have any bond signed with this largest financial institution you are working with? In that case there may complications in your leaving the job. Do clear it before any decision,

Yes dear.. you have to attach Bank Receipt too with the form as a proof of your fee deposit.

Summary rejection due to non-submission of mandatory documents All applications (including those submitted on-line) should be accompanied/followed by Original Treasury Receipt (Deposit of Fee), Departmental Permission Certificate in case of in service candidates, three attested photographs and attested copies of domicile certificate, Computerized National identity Card, Matriculation/ Intermediate Certificates, Bachelor/ Master/ M.Phil/ Ph.D. Degrees with result card etc., Experience Certificates as per specimen attached with application form, Copy/Detail of publications as prescribed in the Advertisement.


As given in advertisment we have to submit a copy of advertisement as well?

No dear.. there is no need to attach/submit the copy of advertisement as it is automatically mentioned on your form through online system.
