I and many of us want to know the anser of this..How much is weightage of inetrview and test?Or it will depend on interview only?Or acadmeics and experience willl count also.Seniors ,kindly post answer of this query here

No weightage for acadamic record. Only minimum qualification is considered for any post advertised by FPSC. Final selection is based on candidate's performance in Test and Interview.

Yes,1st experience ofinterview.Don't know much about it.Hopefully,it will be from general knowledge and current affairs.May be some IQ and psychlogical too.Please add if any other topic?also ,how is ur prepration going?from where and which subjects u preparing?

nature of job of AD IB is desk+field. He is the head of a district who is responsible for collecting information regarding:
a. where brainwashing(sectarian or extremist) is being made
b. who is Sabotaging state property,institutions, personnel etc
c. detecting foreign spy agents operating within boundaries of Pakistan(counter-terrorism function)
d.give early warning of impending crises
