The documents have been demanded from only the top scoring candidates. After the scrutiny of their documents, they will be called for subjective English test. After subjective test, the passing candidates will be pre selected for interviews. At this stage no body is pre selected but the pre selected ones will be from these who have been asked to submit documents.

they are selected for interview as a.d ib is a post of bps17 so there isn't any descriptive test for it. on fpsc's website it is clearly mentioned that descriptive test will be only for bps17 and above ... stay blessed

in current add of IB,it is clearly written that english subjective test will be held.
