16 years of education is not the criteria, as it is implied in the ad. You can go for 2 yrs bachelors and then 2 years masters degree, this will be tantamount to the 4 yrs bachelors degree, hence, the 16 years of education of education in both the cases. Still the ambiguity...

Second, I didn't print the form but instead saved it. When would be this printable form required?
