was Misak e Madina in written form?? because the question was about written constitution.

hayad book is written by, i think there are three hududs are in Quran 1 Qasis, Jaziya, and Diyat, thare are 6 chapters of Jami book. highest civil award is Sitira Jurit. Malal yousfzai got it i think.
